Our Paediatric services cater for participants from birth to 18 years of age and include:
Adult and Aged Care Services
Our adult and aged care services cater for participants from 18 years of age and above. The services include:
Individual Therapy
1 hour
$193.99
- Includes home/school/childcare/preschool visits/other care settings
Travel
per hour (or part there of)
$193.99
- Calculated on hourly basis or part there of, i.e 15 minutes travel = 25% of an hour, therefore 25% of $193.99 rate
Assessments
Initial Assessment
$581.97
- Initial Assessment – 3hrs (includes 1-2hrs face to face and report)
Assessments
Short assessment
$387.98
- Short Assessment – 2 hrs (as recommended by Therapist)
Reports
per hour
$193.99
- Includes NDIS review reports/progress reports
- Includes Home Care Package reports/progress reports
Non Face to Face Supports
$193.99 /per hour
- Including resource development, case conference meetings/collaboration with therapists/staff outside of Rebecca J Occupational Therapy
- (N.B: need for these will be discussed prior to completion).
Cancellation Fee
100% /of session cost
- (short notice cancellations within 48hrs)
